A simple starting point

Living here, made clear.

Rental registration

Keep your rental form on file.

Your signed rental form must be on file with the Property Management Company. The yearly Update Form must also be fully completed and submitted to Property Management.

Before you settle in, email board@mvtcondos.ca or the property manager to confirm your rental form is on file. Missing forms can lead to a letter and then a $50 fine after the grace period.

Moving in or out

Tell the manager before you move.

Moves require coordination. Contact the property manager before moving in or out. Real estate signs need Board approval, and lock boxes must be properly located.

Move-in/out policy violations can result in fines. Ask the manager for the current move instructions before booking your move.

Pets

Ask first, in writing.

No pets may be on the property without specific written Board approval. A pet agreement must be submitted to the Board in writing.

Companion or service animals need certification information and forms, including registration, before they may be on the property. Read the Policies page →

Maintenance

Report issues early.

Report maintenance and building issues to the property manager or email board@mvtcondos.ca.

Living together

Be a good neighbour.

Do not make or permit noise, including pet noise, that unreasonably interferes with another resident’s use and enjoyment of their unit or the common property. Excessive noise and parties beyond 10:00 p.m. can lead to a letter and fines.

Safety

Know what to do.

Read the building’s evacuation, mobility, and fireplace guidance on the Fire Safety page →
